I have a daughter that lives on ***** Lane in Mendocino. She’s having some problems with the house she’s living at. Her and my two grand kids are battling some kind of bug out bugs. Can’t get anyone to believe her, everyone from doctors to landlord!! I don’t know what to do I live out of state. But here is the problem…… They have some kind of parasite!! Looks like worm, thier coming out of thier butts, eyes, skin, and private areas. Something has to be done now, been 2 months now!! PLEASE HELP ME, HELP MY DAUGHTER & GRANDKIDS. THANK YOU

Due to events and excuses, I didn’t get my rent check mailed until 10/5. This, according to Property Manager Kathy Hair, is a perfectly acceptable practice. I arrived home on the evening of 10/6 to find a hand-delivered notice on my door telling me I had three days to pay rent and a late fee or quit the premises. Failure to comply would result in the most extreme legal action allowed by law, including $600 in punitive damages. I received no prior notice nor inquiry.
I went to the office of Realty World this morning, 10/7 to investigate the matter. The receptionist knew immediately, off the top of her head, that my check had indeed arrived with an appropriate postmark. I asked her why then I received a litigious threat the same day. She intimated that it wasn’t real. My assertion that the company was then lying stopped her in her tracks. I harangued regarding their overly aggressive and offensive policy, while apologizing to her directly because she was not involved in instituting said policy. She left to fetch the Property Manager, Kathy Hair. I restated my issues to Hair, who blamed the policy she admitted was offensive on the State of California, the company’s legal team, the computers, the company’s busy schedule, company policy, and also claimed that of the 1,200 managed properties, “hundreds” were late each and every month. She laughed at my concerns, telling me I don’t understand. Hair also hinted at the document being unrealistic or illusory, just as the receptionist had.
I knew I couldn’t affect policy changes, and it was obvious Hair was in a state of placing blame and misdirection rather than discussing the problem logically. So, I asked for proof that I was no longer under threat of being sued, and my request was met with only scorn. I had to negotiate just for this simple request. Hair agreed that the company goes to great lengths to establish legal proceedings as soon as possible, but legally reversing said process was laughable. I insisted upon a receipt, which had already been prepared the day before, and thanked the receptionist for her assistance.

Dear Sirs: Has the ex-councilman who was messing with Aaron Bessler in the first place, been investigated for a posible hate crime like the Kelly Thomas deal in the first place? Why did he have nothing better to do than to mess with a homeless guy growing a little marijuana, and was the whole deal done by the ex= council to cover for gigantic Mex. mafia activity in CA. by some of the Latinos? Maybe FBI should investigate councilmans background?

1. People can generally do what they want, as long as they don’t harm the world around them.

14. People are revered for their personalities but hate small talk. Many people are lonely.
15. Existence could have been created by an infinite number of circumstances, intelligent forces or voodoo ceremonies, but existence remains the thing to be revered.
16. When an approach taken in ernest fails to result in success, a new approach is devised.
17. It is not acceptable to lie to children simply because they’re children. The rules for kids often must be dumbed down, but not changed in nature.
18. Rules are not made to be broken, but they are just a rough outline. Intelligent, funny people can modify rules for a given situation, as long as special attention is always given to Rule Number 1.
19. Judgements are just a fringe effect caused by the ancient instinct to size up situations for danger. Judgements must be relinquished quickly and alternatives sought out.
20. Patience is a virtue, followed closely by attention to detail.
21. The unknown introduces faith and doubt. Both should always be tempered and neither followed absolutely.
22. Originality should always be sought out, even though there is none.

Hello, I Would like to purchase vacant land in Brook Trails in Willits. Brook Trails is a subdivision and is NOT incorporated. They are also not a gated community, nor do they maintain their own roads (their roads are maintained by Mendocino County)
My Question is: Are they legally allowed to restrict me from growing my own prop 215 medicine on land that I buy free and clear?
